Graduation at Bon Secours Wellness

Friday, May 22 

  • Graduation is Friday, May 22 at Bon Secour Wellness Arena
  • Students will wear concert black.
  • Students may ride the bus to school that morning so they are already on campus if transportation is an issue.
  • Parents will need to pick up their students from Fountain Inn High School at 4:30 PM.
  • If you have another student graduating and would like to take your band student home with you following the ceremony, please email me in advance. You cannot leave graduation until I have personally seen you.

Itinerary

  • 8:45 - Arrive at Fountain Inn High School for Classes
  • 10:00 - Meet in the band room for rehearsal
  • 11:00 - Bag lunch in the cafeteria
  • 11:30 - Bathroom Break/ Change into All Black
  • 12:00 Bus leaves for Bon Secours
  • 12:30 Rehearsal at Bon Secours
  • 2:00 Be in your seat ready to play
  • 2:30 Graduation
  • 3:30 Graduation Ends
  • 4:30 Students get picked up from FIHS

July 13-16

Monday - Cheeseburger Grilled, Cheese Sandwich(V), Tater Tots, Cole Slaw, Fresh Fruit, Milk

Tuesday - Nacho Bar Choice of Beef, Chicken, or Cheese (V), Corn & Black Beans, Fresh Fruit, Milk 

Wednesday - Pepperoni or Cheese Pizza (V), Green Beans, Salad Bar, Fresh Fruit, Milk 

Thursday - General Tso's Chicken Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Rice (V), Roll, Steamed Broccoli, Baby Carrots, Fresh Fruit, Milk


July 20-23

Monday - Crispy Chicken Sandwich Stuffed Shells (V) Garlic Knot Steamed Broccoli Caesar Salad Fresh Fruit Milk

Uniform Sizing

We were able to get most individuals sized before school ended.  If you were not sized we will do it the first couple of days of band camp.

JULY - WEEK 1 CAMP - (FIHS BAND ROOM)

Week of July 13 - Students can be dropped off by 8am.

  • Leadership - Mon-Fri - 9am - 2pm
  • Rookie (New Marchers) Woodwind/Brass- Tue-Fri - 9am-2pm
  • Veteran Winds - Thu-Fri - 9am - 2pm
  • Percussion - Tue-Thu - 12pm - 5pm
  • Color Guard - Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri - 1pm - 8pm

JULY - WEEK 2 - FULL BAND CAMP (FIHS BAND ROOM) – 9:00AM-9:00 PM – ALL MEMBERS

  • July 22-26 - Monday-Friday - 9AM - 9PM - Students can be dropped off by 8am.
  • Students will receive a lunch and dinner break. 
  • Lunch provided every day except Friday (12-1pm). Students may not leave campus. 
  • Dinner on your own (5:00-6:30pm) - Students are encouraged to leave campus and return at 6:30 pm. Students will be able to stay on campus if needed.



JULY/AUGUST - WEEK 3/4 CAMP AND AFTER SCHOOL REHEARSALS (NO WEDNESDAYS)

  • Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri - July 27, 28, 30, 31 - 6-9 pm 
  • (Teachers Return) - Mon, Tue, Thu - August 3, 4, 6 - 6-9 pm
  • (1st week of school) - July 11 - Tues/Thu - 4-6:45 pm
  • August 17 - BEGIN REGULAR AFTERCHOOL REHEARSALS - Mon, Tue, Thu - 4-6:45pm
